Forest Recyling Project are hosting their popular Give or Take Event at the Petchey Academy, Hackney on May 9th.
What’s it all about??
Give or Take days are money free events that promote and at the same time encourage community exchange and environmental consideration.
At Give or Take days, people give items they don’t want any more and take items they do want – all for free.
These money free events enable people to give away things they don’t need or take things they do. At Give or Take days, people give items they don’t want any more and take items they do want – all for free.
What sort of items can I give or take?
You can give or take just about anything, as long as it is re-usable: household items, kitchenware, bric-a-brac, books, DVDs, toys, small & portable items of furniture, clothes, small electrical items.
We are unable to accept: paint or other liquids, bulky or heavy items, children’s safety equipment.
Electrical items donated on the day, will be taken away for safety testing.
