FRP-REUSEiT are not directly in the consultancy business.  However we have over 100 years of experience, including a former IT Director with over 30 years experience.  We are very happy to chat with you about your requirements and give advice where possible.  We have found that many ‘experts’ out there don’t understand the financial constraints of charities, community groups and volunteer organisations as we do. 

We guarantee to tell you the truth about IT and how you can achieve you requirements in a cost effective way, even if this means telling you about another organisation that can better meet your needs.

We have already done this on several occasions.  A couple of recent examples of how we have helped organisations follow.

We were asked by an organisation if we had a server as they wanted to link up several PCs to share files and printers.  The advice they received from a ‘friends son’ was to buy a server and software to the value of £2000.  After a brief discussion we told them about workgroups and printer servers, talked them through the set-up and they achieved what they wanted for £50. 

A Vicar sent a request in for a PC, the spec of which was a dual core Pentium 3.00ghz, 2 raided 500gig disks, twin 22” wide screen LCD monitors,  TV tuner card etc.  We priced the machine up on Dell and it cost £2200.  After a discussion with the Vicar we established that he wanted to send e-mails, type up his sermons and keep a spreadsheet of hall booking times.  He went away with a £35 recycled P3.
